Langus Riverfront Trail – Everett

Please note: This hike replaces the Holiday Light Display at Evergreen Arboretum in Everett. Unfortunately the Light Display will not be offered this year. We appreciate your understanding and hope to see you on the Langus Riverfront Trail.

Langus Riverfront Trail is a peaceful, flat riverside walk  just across the Snohomish River in Everett. This 4-mile out-and-back path winds alongside the river and through restored wetlands, offering a quiet escape filled with birdsong, open skies, and views of the surrounding farmland.

The trail is wide, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxed walk. You’ll likely spot great blue herons, ducks, eagles, and other wildlife, especially near the marshy edges of the trail.

On a clear day, look east for a beautiful view of Mt. Pilchuck rising above the Snohomish River valley—an unexpected mountain backdrop that adds a scenic highlight to the walk.
