Hike description: We are doing a gorgeous, flat 5-mile beach walk at Double Bluff Park, featuring panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains, dramatic coastal bluffs, and miles of shoreline. The forecast is 60°F and mostly sunny—perfect sweater weather for a coastal walk. We are planning to hit the beach right as the tide drops, leaving wide-open, packed sand for an easy, flat walk.

Bring a companion: Dogs are incredibly welcome (and can run off-leash if they want), but you don't need a dog to enjoy this beautiful coastal walk. Note: This is a popular beach for local dogs so expect sharing the beach with happy pups along the way.
