Weowna Park

Distance: 3 miles

Elevation Gain:  Up to 400 ft

High Point: 340 ft

Difficulty:  Moderate - some steps and steep ups and downs,

Weowna Park is the most wild and beautiful Park you never knew, let alone pronounced. The trail is part of the Lake to Lake trail in Bellevue and starts at Lake Hills Community Park.

We will take a loop hike through groves of old trees on a bluff above Lake Sammamish. There are some views of the lake and a small waterfall.  The trail is well maintained with some steep ups and downs and stairs. Lunch on the trail or more likely back at the Lake Hills Park where there are restrooms.
